Hybrid tomato Nuru F1 is a variety with very fleshy, longer egg-shaped fruit. The high quality fruit are very firm and ideal for long distance shipping. This variety produces large fruits weighing 120-140 g and have a very good internal red colour and can even be sun dried to produce a good final product. The plants are strong growing, semi compact with high yields and good cover. The variety will perform well where tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) disease is a problem.
