Cauliflower Snowball -10g

Snowball is a white Cauliflower with a great taste for incorporation in a variety of western and African dishes. The plant produces round, firm head weighing about 1 kg when mature (80-85 days) and large green outer leaves. The yield is estimated at 10,000 – 12,000 kg/acre at a spacing of 30 cm x 30 cm using 400 g of planting material. This plant can be started from the nursery and transplanted at 5 – 8 true leaves.
